David is our in house QA engineer and network manager ('Getting stuff done guy'). He also manages the web site, performing HTML coding and uploads as required, and giving advice on design and content. His work in house has covered a range of things from web development, to keeping the network happy, and detailed QA on a range of products.
David joined Ambient from a senior position in a New Zealand technical support outsource company where he managed the support teams for Hewlett Packard printers. Prior to that, he worked in technical support for Microsoft products, and as a hardware technician.
